The chatbot is powered by advanced NPL that engages with the user in a cognitive conversation, recognizes contextual medical queries and has an in-build advanced escalation system from chatbot to the care team, that works in real time.

How zyla works

The chatbot is powered by advanced NPL that can decrypt and comprehend open-ended chat messages from users in English and Hindi, and engage in a cognitive conversation. This, coupled with Zyla’s unique empathetic approach enables the highest-quality, real-time, on-demand care to patients, facilitates the depth and quality of diagnosis and treatment for the doctors, and provides insightful analytics for its partners, insurance, corporates and pharma companies.

We have innovated to make Zyla available across the ecosystem through our agile PWA integration within any master platform. Through this integration, users are able to seamlessly experience the real-time care without hopping environments, and our partners are able to add a lot of value to users' lives. The PWA involves a plug and play integration for Single Sign On (SSO) - Single authentication for seamless customer experience, Notification syncing, Data Syncing (Religare to Zyla) and Deeplinking with the master platform. The PWA powers Zyla to be live in our partners' platform within 1-2 weeks to initiate care at scale.
