Refund Policy

At Zyla, we provide care under the most able & experienced doctors. We are therefore confident of our care quality. If the user/ patient is not satisfied with the quality of care, he/ she can seek a 100% refund, no questions asked within the first 7 days of purchasing the program. However, if the care gets stalled after the commencement, by the patient, no refund shall be applicable.

How to initiate a refund?

The refund can be requested by simply sending an email to members@zyla.in with your registered phone number. Our team will get in touch with you to refund the amount.

Important Note:The re-fund shall get processed within 10 working days of receiving the refund request.
