If the user/ patient is not satisfied with the quality of care, he/ she can seek a 100% refund, no questions asked within the first 7 days of purchasing the program. However, if the care gets stalled after the commencement, by the patient, no refund shall be applicable.
The refund can be requested by simply sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your registered phone number. Our team will get in touch with you to refund the amount.
Important Note:The re-fund shall get processed within 10 working days of receiving the refund request.
