• Only employees can avail this benefit for themselves. Dependents are not covered
• Only spend of up to Rs. 5000 is covered as part of this benefit

Steps to avail:

3. Browse and choose the eyewear you want to purchase.
4. Use the voucher code mentioned above at the time of checkout.
5. Upload a valid prescription to complete the order.
6. Valid prescription: Includes the  patient's name, ophthalmologist's name, eye power, ophthalmologist signature and date of prescription. Prescriptions which are older than 3 months shall not be considered.
7. In case you do not have a valid prescription, book a home eye-check up with Lenskart and then place the order.
8. Your order will be automatically approved, if the items are covered in the benefit and you have valid wallet limit. Otherwise our team will connect with you to assist with the order.
9. Your eyewear will be delivered to your doorstep.
